Mango Salsa
  • 2 mangos, peeled, pitted & finely diced
  • 3 tomatoes, finely diced
  • ¼ cup minced red onion
  • juice from ½ lime
  • 1-3 jalapeño peppers, seeded & minced
  • salt & pepper, to taste

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and allow to blend for 1-2 hours before serving.

Serves 6-8
