Mango Salsa

Recipe from the Wyllie Fox Farm Kitchen

2 mangos, peeled, pitted & finely diced
3 tomatoes, finely diced
¼ cup minced red onion
juice from ½ lime
1-3 jalapeño peppers, seeded & minced
salt & pepper, to taste

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and allow to blend for 1-2 hours before serving.

Serves 6-8
