Melt butter in a large saucepan, then add garlic & proscuitto & sauté until fragrant, approx 1-2 minutes. Add tomatoes, including liquid & sauce and simmer for 20 minutes. Add herbs, vodka & cream and simmer another 20 minutes.
Meanwhile bring a large pot of salted water to boil and cook rigatoni per package instructions.
Serve sauce over rigatoni.
